To turn on advanced event logging in Windows:
1) Launch regedit.   Go to RUN and then type regedit.
2) Navigate to Hkey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\esas2hba\Parameters\Device
3) You should see a key called "EventLogMask".
4) Modify the value to be hexadecimal FFFFF7FF.
5) Quit regedit
6) Open the Windows EventViewer and clear the system event logs.
7) Quit the eventview and reboot.
8) Once rebooted recreate the problem.
9) Gather the ATTO diagnostic logs within the ConfigTool > Help > Run Diagnostics.
