A. XErase allows for customized fields that can be added to your logs and reports. The most common
Method would be to create a logging prompt that would display at the start of an erasure. This prompt will segregate logs into customized folders for reporting purposes. To do this navigate to the Customize-Interface-Folders-Default log folders. At the bottom of the window you will see a Folder Name field, Use the “Gear” Icon to the left to create a customized pathing string.
In this case you would add in prompts for Job ID which should look like the following string. logs\
When generating reports, you can select the appropriate folder and include all drives for that specific customer, even if they were run on separate days.
