Q. I erased drives at a customer site and had no connection to my database. Is there a way to upload the data now that I’m back in the office?

A. Yes, in XErase navigate to the File->Log Analysis and Archive tool. Use the Topmost Directory list to browse to your logs. Select the logs in the list on the right and hit the Database Upload button. Up to 500 drives can be uploaded at once.
