Q.  XErase starts up in “demo” mode.  All options except “Help” in XErase are grayed out.

A.  If you are using cloud licensing, check to make sure you have an internet connection and that you are seeing license counts in the title bar of XErase or License Server. If not, fix the internet connection and restart the application.

A. The annual subscription to XErase has expired and will need to be renewed. Please contact us to renew.
