Q.  Whenever XErase is started, a prompt appears for the type of license (hardware, web, local) to use.  Why?

A.  If you are using cloud licensing, check to make sure you have an internet connection and that you are seeing license counts in the title bar of XErase. If not, fix the internet connection and restart the application.

A.  The licensing dongle may be damaged or missing.  Contact EPS support for further assistance.
